Workers Defense Project

Organization Description: 

Through our pro bono programs, attorneys have the opportunity to volunteer with WDP's Employment & Legal Services Program, as well as our Research & Policy Program. Through our Employment & Legal Services Program, attorneys will directly represent low-wage workers in a wide range of labor and employment claims, including but not limited to wage theft, workplace injury, retaliation, and discrimination cases.
